
After removing the insulation film, please firstly put 2 earphones back into the charging case, and restore them to factory settings. Then the earphones will enter pairing mode!
Open the charging case.
Put the earphones back into the charging case. Close the charging case.
- Charge for the earphones: Put the earphones back into the charging case and close the charging case.
- Charge for the charging case: Connect the charger via the USB-C cable.
Keep 2 earphones in the charging case. Open the charging case. Then press and hold the setup button for 2 seconds. The white light is breathing.
Keep 2 earphones in the charging case. Open the charging case. Then press and hold the setup button for 10 seconds. The red light flashes twice.
Tap the setup button to view the battery capacity.
- Green light always on: battery capacity ≥ 50%
- Orange light always on: 50%>battery capacity ≥ 20%
- Red light always on: 20%>battery capacity
- Incoming call: double tap - answer the call | press and hold - reject the call
- During a call: double tap - hang up
- Music: tap - play/pause | double tap the left earphone - previous track | double tap the right earphone: next track
- Game or music: tap the earphone for three times - switch the earphone mode
- ANC, leak through or normal mode: press and hold - switch the earphone mode
- For a Blackshark phone: go to Shark Space to configure your earphones.
- For a non-Blackshark phone: please scan the QR code to download the app, and configure your earphones.
